Team performance
is conceptualized as a multilevel process (and not a product) arising as team members engage in managing their individual- and team-level taskwork and teamwork processes (Kozlowski & Klein, 2000).
In simply team is two or more people work together to achieve a common goal. Teamwork can be decided as the actions where those groups works together to achieve objectives.

Employee performance may affect by all where office working environment, communication methods, virtual team management, stress levels, work hours etc. If we able to manage all above mentioned features of performance at first instate it will be a reason to upgrade the team work again as well. Thus, it is a circle where teamwork and performance level are effect on both sides.

Performance is one of the key factors that needs to measure and maintain to achieving goals of the organization. confirms this by including the phrase ‘carrying out’ in its definition of performance: ‘The accomplishment, execution, carrying out, working out of anything ordered or undertaken.’ High performance results from appropriate behavior, especially discretionary behavior, and the effective use of the required knowledge, skills and competencies(The Oxford English Dictionary).

Very important topic in the current era. Its always team work makes dream work. It is very important to build a team with people who are with same mentality. One person who doesn't agree of the majority could kill the idea or the purpose of the team. Hence, before forming a team there are stages such as forming, storming norming, performing and adjourning.
